Sure, a couple of our freshly baked (and severely addictive) sausage rolls aren’t going to make getting into that bathing suit any easier!!…….. but combined with a delicious salad or soup and some organic wholegrain bread ????? Well, you get the picture! A little ‘balance’ is all it takes.

We’re talkin’ fresh, all natural, (locally sourced when possible) ingredients prepared daily by people who really DO CARE about our reputation for top notch ‘grub’!!!!
Handmade really does make a difference. Timeless recipes executed with respect and diligence. A butter croissant is made over 48hrs with 100% Ontario butter, not a speck of vegetable shortening to be found. Sure it’s a lengthier process that costs more, but eat one and you’ll understand why we take this route!! Turkeys are roasted the day you order that ‘Boxing Day Sandwich’, Brioche and Croissant leave the oven at 5am, breads about the same! Oooops, I tell a lie ……. our Turkey Chili is made the day before we serve it. It tastes better that way!!
Bottom line here is the owner of Brick Street Bakery is ‘picky’ about his menu so you don’t have to be !!
